Cant see my PDFs in IBooks under iOS 9.3.2

iExplorer 3.9.6.0 under iOS 9.3.2 isnt detecting 1.2 GB of PDFs stored in iBooks even after my device indicates that theyve been downloaded from iCloud (a new feature in iOS 9.3.2). I can retrieve photos.
