Doesnt work for end user

App not intuitive & no simple instructions to figure it out. I found the app when searching how to save vmail. But gave up after 20 min trying & searching how.
Tutorial shows things like wifi. FAQ talks about updates using technical language, but not how to perform basic functions on the phone, such as "how to save and retrieve voicemail"
